Master Chef Franco G. Spinelli and his family are delighted to bring the traditions of European gourmet cuisine to downtown with the opening of Bar+Bistro. The bistro is located in the Arts Factory, in the heart of the 18b Las Vegas Arts District. Chef Franco meticulously combines contemporary and classic Italian cuisine with Mediterranean flair and a penchant for new-fusion. Enjoy food, wine and art in the intimate old-world surroundings of the Bar+Bistro. The bistro is the exclusive caterer for the Arts Factory, from gallery openings to weddings and corporate events.

Bar+Bistro’s hours of operation are 11a.m.–3p.m. Monday through Friday and 5–10p.m. Tuesday – Saturday. A special dinner menu is available on First Fridays, the monthly celebration of art in 18b Arts District.
