Oak Vineyards Chardonnay, California This light straw-colored wine expresses smoky aromatics with nuances of apple and lemon zest that continue onto the palate where they flourish into citrus, orange blossom, and smoked oak flavors until meeting a crisp, medium finish. Gls. 6, Btl. 20
Bishops Peak Chardonnay, Central CoastThis chardonnay has a lively bouquet of orange blossom with hints of green apple and tropical fruit. The fresh citrus theme continues on the palate and leads to a refreshingly crisp finish. This elegant wine pairs well a wide variety of appetizers and light seafood dishes Gls. 10, Btl. 36
Yealands Sauvignon Blanc, New ZealandIntense lifted mineral and fresh herb characters on the nose. The palate is well structured and elegant; intense mineral characters, with layers of blackcurrant, nettle and wet stone with a lingering zesty citrus finish. Gls. 9, Btl. 32
Joel Gott Riesling, Columbia Valley This riesling is rich with honeysuckle, jasmine, lychee, orange blossom, lime, mango and white peach notes. The wine presents up front richness with a lingering clean finish. Gls. 8, Btl. 28
Licia Albarino, Spain This wine is light gold-colored with attractive mineral, green apple, and honey aromas. It has excellent concentration, good acidity, and a lingering finish. Drink it over the next year with intensely flavored shellfish. Gls. 12, Btl. 40
Bonny Doon Vin Gris, Central Coast Rosé Crisp and lively, exhibiting a delicate pink hue and juicy flavors of watermelon and strawberry, with hints of spice and mineral. Grenache, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Cinsault. Gls. 11, Btl. 38
RED WINE
Oak Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, California Captures the very best qualities of this variety, with its hints of bell pepper and spice aromas. This wine is full-flavored and hearty yet soft on the palate with a smooth, long finish. It’s the perfect wine to serve with hearty beef dishes, leg of lamb and chocolate desserts. Gls. 6, Btl. 20
Joel Gott “815” Cabernet Sauvignon, California This wine is ripe with blueberry, cherry soda, and dark cherry. The aromas burst with violet, vanilla, cedar, chocolate and cinnamon spice. Soft ripe tannins result in a balanced and long velvety finish. Gls. 12, Btl. 40
Oak Vineyards Merlot, California This wine is ripe with blueberry, cherry soda, and dark cherry. TPacked with deep, dark berry fruit and nuanced hints of cocoa, herb and earth with a soft structure. It has a velvety texture. It’s a rich, mellow wine with black cherry aromas and lush fruit flavors, soft on the palate with a long, smooth finish. Gls. 6, Btl. 20
Peirano Merlot, Lodi Aromas of rich ripe cherries, blackberries with hints of toast, and vanilla coalesce into a single sensation of olfactory bliss. The mouth is filled with an array of flavors, including cherry, plum, cranapple, sweet raspberries and strawberries with lingering hints of cocoa and cinnamon, while supple tannins leave a pleasing finish. Apaltagua Pinot Noir, Chile This wine has a brilliant ruby color and emphasizes aromas of cherries, raspberries, and soft notes of oak. It boasts smooth and elegant tannins and a sophisticated finish. The grapes come from Apaltagua’s own vineyard in Tricao in the Curico Valley. Gls. 7, Btl. 25
A to Z Pinot Noir, Oregon Deeply colored with aromas of minerals, red and black cherries, and spice, the wine opens with rich red and blue fruits dark spice and dusty tannins. Great ripe acidity and tannic structure bring balance to this classic vintage. Gls. 13, Btl. 45
Tilia, Argentina Malbec This wine presents a dark purple color with violet highlights. The nose offers bright black cherry aromas with light floral notes and a touch of toast. The mouth is full and rich, with ripe, concentrated cassis and black raspberry fruit flavors interwoven with a touch of chocolate and sweet spice from light oak aging. This finish shows ripe, silky tannins. Gls. 8, Btl. 28
Nugan Shiraz, Australia Deep crimson with a youthful purple hue, it has complex aromas of blackberry, chocolate, earth and spice. It is full-bodied with powerful fruit concentration. Espelt “Saulo”, Spain Garnacha Deep ruby. Spicy, pungent aromas of red berries and herbs, with a hint of cola gaining strength in the glass. Juicy and gently sweet, offering lively raspberry and cherry flavors and notes of candied rose and cracked pepper. Nicely restrained red wine with good finishing lift and spicy persistence.
